Orders

Orders shall be sent in writing to our address in Shanghai,China. Each order must contain article number, Product name, shipping address and billing address.

Shipping

Products are shipped duty paid, if shipping address and billing address are in China. Shipping of quantities larger than indicated in catalogs and shipping to addresses (shipping address or billing address) outside China or the Asia by arrangement. Special packaging requirements are paid for by the customer. The agreed upon delivery dates are approximate delivery dates and refer to the date on which goods are shipped from China. If the delivery deadline is not met, the customer must give a reasonable extension. We are entitled to do part-shipments at any time.
